  • Our Full-Service clients typically have a budget of around $5,000.00 however we will work with any budget we’re able to take on!

    Discovery & Design

    • What it is: This is where we get to know you and your vision for your event. We'll discuss your goals, style, and budget to create a detailed design concept that captures your unique needs.

    • What we do

      • Initial Consultation: We'll dive deep into your event goals, desired atmosphere, and style.

      • Venue & Vendor Exploration: We'll explore venues and vendors that align with your vision and budget.

      • Design Development & Planning: We'll create a comprehensive design concept, detailed budget, and event timeline.

      • A detailed event proposal, including a design concept, budget, and timeline.

      • Send a Contract and invoice for your review and signature.

    Create & Coordinate

    • What it is: In this phase, we bring your vision to life. We'll handle all the logistics, vendor coordination, and guest management, ensuring that every detail is perfect.

    • What we do

      • Vendor Management: We'll coordinate with vendors, manage contracts and payments, and oversee setup and deliveries.

      • Guest Management: We'll manage RSVPs, finalize the seating chart, and coordinate any guest needs.

      • Logistics & Details: We'll refine the event timeline, manage all event logistics, and conduct a final venue walk-through.

    • Final Preparations: We’ll have a final meeting to review all details and collect any client-provided décor.

    Cheers - Lets Do This!

    • What it is: This is where you get to relax and enjoy your event! We'll be on-site to manage every aspect of the day, ensuring a flawless experience. After the event, we'll handle all the post-event details.

    • What we do

      • Event Setup, Day Of Management: We provide on-site coordination and management, vendor supervision, timeline management, and guest assistance. (6 Hours included)

      • Post-Event: We handle teardown, rental item returns, final vendor payments, and post-event communication
