    The Planning Process

    We manage your entire wedding journey, including your wedding day and up to three wedding weekend events—think welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and farewell brunches.

    Venue & Vendor Curation

    Looking for something unique? We’ll find the perfect venue—whether it’s a chic ballroom, a coastal estate, or a private property waiting to be transformed.
    Need extra hands? Extended production support is available for additional setup and breakdown days.
    Custom Look Books make vendor selection feel effortless—like wedding planning meets online shopping.

    Design & Styling

    We bring your vision to life with a custom design board, layering colors, textures, and details to create a cohesive aesthetic.
    2D & 3D renderings let you visualize your design before the big day.
    Bridal party styling includes personalized inspiration and shopping recommendations.
    Design mockups and samples—fabric swatches, invitation proofs, centerpiece previews—ensure everything feels just right before final decisions.
    We’ll guide you through invitations, stationery, and your wedding website, making the process smooth and stress-free.

    From coordinating hotel blocks to securing transportation, we make sure your guests are covered.
    RSVP management keeps your headcount accurate without the hassle.
    We create seating charts and layouts that flow beautifully for both ceremony and reception.
    Planning a full wedding weekend? We oversee everything from welcome drinks to post-wedding brunches.

    Wedding Weekend & Day-Of Execution

    We run the ceremony rehearsal, making sure everyone knows their role so the big day runs flawlessly.
    On the wedding day, two team members are by your side, supporting you, your wedding party, and your vendors.
    We step in to style and set up anything that isn’t covered by other vendors.
    Our emergency kit is fully stocked for any last-minute surprises.
    From managing your timeline to distributing vendor gratuities, we make sure every detail is handled.
    After the last dance, we help with breakdown, gathering cards and gifts, and wrapping up final logistics.

You’ve put in the hard work—booking your beautiful venue, selecting trusted vendors, and carefully shaping your vision to reflect your unique love story—but now, as the highly anticipated big day approaches, you may find that you need a seasoned expert to take over the reins. You want to regularly check in with an expert planner as the big day approaches, providing you peace of mind. Additionally, you can expect assistance managing all logistics, transportation details, and vendor coordination to make the entire experience seamless and effortlessly enjoyable.

    • Wedding planning checklist and structured timeline to keep you organized and on track throughout the entire process. Monthly check-ins with your dedicated planner, starting six months out, ensure you are always on schedule. Comprehensive vendor contract review to help confirm that all essential details are meticulously accounted for and addressed. Curated vendor recommendations are provided to assist with any final needs or selections you may have. Aisle Planner access allows for efficient management of your guest list, seating arrangements, and budget tracking, simplifying the planning process. Floor plan creation and timeline development will provide a clear visual framework for your celebration. A final details meeting combined with a site visit will help finalize any outstanding elements. Vendor confirmations and coordination in the final months will ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, guest transportation management and ceremony rehearsal coordination will help keep all attendees organized. Finally, wedding day coordination for up to 10 hours that ensures every moment is perfectly executed and according to your vision.

    Unlimited virtual planning assistance during designated hours. 

    Timeline curation and management. 

    1 In-Person site visit or in-person final meeting & Decor Drop Off

    On-site setup and coordination of the event (up to 12 hours included). 

    Coordination of set-up and break-down of pre-discussed event decor within agreed-upon time
