  • What hours can I rent the studio from?
    Our studio is available for daily rentals as early as 7:00AM. The Last Studio Booking of each day is 9:00PM and must be a duration of 2-hours MAX. If you require extended hours or bookings outside of these times, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

    Do you offer event management or Photographers on-site?

    Bookings include 1-hour of setup and staff coordination of event. This is factored into the rental rate.

    Workshops & Photography Sessions include assistance with troubleshooting at the start of your rental. If you want more comprehensive assistance during your workshop or shoot please do not hesitate to inquire.

    Is parking available?
    Yes, there is kiosk paid parking on the following streets: Main Street, Rogers Street, and Pleasant Street. Sunday Kiosks are not enforced. We are a 4 minute walk away from the Public Parking Lot found at 102 Rogers St, Gloucester, MA 01930

    Is the studio wheelchair accessible?
    Yes and so is the restroom.

    How do I book the studio?
    Booking is easy! Give us a call or email us to review your studio rental needs.

    Can I bring my own décor or props?
    Of course! You’re welcome to bring your own décor or props to personalize your shoot or event. We just ask that you handle them with care and remove everything after your session.

    Decorations may not be fastened to the walls with thumb tacks, nails, or staples. Masking tape is permitted but must be removed at the conclusion of the rental.

    Candles must be completely enclosed in a glass or non-flammable holder.

    The use of glitter, metallic confetti, straw, rice, birdseed, or hay is prohibited inside the space and/or on the grounds. No rice, birdseed, or other similar items shall be thrown in or around the Facility.

    All decorations, trash, or other debris must be thrown away in the appropriate receptacles

    Decorations must not cover the surveillance cameras in space.

    Anything left behind will be thrown away. If you are unclear on what decorations are acceptable, reach out!

    What if I need more time during my session?
    If your session runs longer than expected, additional time may be available at an hourly rate, depending on the schedule. Please let us know as soon as possible if you think you’ll need extra time.

    Can I use the space for commercial shoots or large productions?
    Our studio can accommodate commercial shoots and Small-Scale productions. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs and ensure the space meets your requirements.
